How do I reset my password?

Open the app, tap Sign In, then tap Forgot Password. Enter the email linked to your account and we'll send you a reset link.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel directly from the App Store or Play Store under your account's subscription settings. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Why is a story not playing?

Usually a connection issue. Check your internet, then close and reopen the app. If the problem continues, try logging out and back in. Still stuck? Email us at support@getmythio.com.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google, not by us. Request one through the App Store or Play Store purchase history, and they'll process it directly.

The app is crashing, what should I do?

Try closing and reopening the app first. If it keeps happening, make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store or Play Store. If the crash continues, email us at support@getmythio.com with your phone model and OS version so we can look into it.
